Saw Palmetto is a dwarf palm tree found in the United States from the Carolinas to Texas. For centuries, crude extracts of saw palmetto have been used to improve sperm production, increase sexual vigor, but the only scientific based use is for the treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) or enlarged prostate gland.

Prostate health issues will affect 20 to30% of all men at some point in their lifetime and saw palmetto has been clinically proven effective in battling the symptoms of BPH.

In a study of 1,334 patients using saw palmetto, 80% of the patients reported good to excellent results in the reduction of the symptoms associated with BPH.
