Soy Labs is proud to be a co-sponsor of the community forum "Nutrition, Genes and You" to be held on June 10, 2006 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the University of California at Davis Genome & Biomedical Science Facility Auditorium.

The UC Davis Center of Excellence in Nutritional Genomics will host "Nutrition, Genes and You" to discuss the role of nutrition, genetics and lifestyle in the preventing, mitigating and treating disease. The Center has assembled an expert team of physicians and researchers to discuss a variety of topics such as maternal and child nutrition, menopausal symptoms, chronic fatigue, bone health and cancer. Time will be allotted for speakers to answer questions from the audience. A continental breakfast will be served from 8:00 to 8:30 a.m. and a complementary copy of the book It’s Not Just Your Genes (Dr. Ruth DeBusk and Yael Joffe) will be provided on a first come-first serve basis. A registration fee of $10.00 can be paid at the door.
